Who receives it

Operational tools may include Airtable (records), Resend (email), and advertising measurement platforms where legally configured. Only providers needed for the stated purpose should receive data.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose you agreed to, or as required by law. Campaign tracking windows will be defined in the final operations plan.

Your choices

You may withdraw consent, request access, or request deletion by emailing hello@eugeniam.co.za. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Updates

This notice will be updated before public launch once final processors, retention periods and legal review are confirmed.
